MISSION

Our “Business Partner” mission is twofold:

• To provide urgent-care treatment of minor injuries or illness, including worker’s
  

        compensation care

• To provide routine and regulatory medical service for businesses, such as physicals, drug screens, evaluative testing and physical therapy through PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSOCIATES.

• Our four clinics are open seven days a week, most days from 8:00 AM- 9:00 PM, and no appointments are needed
  

ROUTINE and REGULATORY BUSINESS MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDE:

• DOT or Work Physicals- these include vitals signs, vision tests, hearing test, urinalysis, and physician exam
  

• Drug Screens- urine collection to check for use of drugs of abuse
  

                  I-CUP" -        This quick test cup is a screen for marijuana,

                                      cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, and PCP.

                                      Our I-CUP gives an initial read in just a few

                                      minutes.

                                 

• Additional lab testing services
